Julie B. Zogbaum (Of-Counsel)

Julie B. Zogbaum is an Attorney with more than 20 years of experience in employment law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Julie counsels CEOs, CHROs, and CFOs on workforce risk, commercial transactions, and scalable legal infrastructure in high-growth, multi-jurisdictional organizations. Her practice encompasses global employment compliance, cross-border operations, complex workplace investigations, and enterprise-level legal risk management. She is an active member of the Ohio Bar and retired member of the Illinois Bar.

A graduate of Miami University, Julie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, including studies at the Miami University Dolibois European Center in Luxembourg. She went on to earn both her Juris Doctor and an LL.M. in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she also received a Certificate in Health Law.

Outside the office, Julie stays active through working out and is committed to giving back through community volunteer work.
