Danny G. Carducci (Of-Counsel)

Danny G. Carducci is an Attorney with more than 40 years of experience in commercial real estate and business law. Dan represents corporations, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and developers in negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, leases, easements, and a full range of transactional documents. His practice also extends to small business formations, corporate compliance, mergers, and transaction structuring.

A graduate of Ohio Northern University, Dan earned his B.S. in Business Administration in 1978 and his Juris Doctor from the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 1981, where he was inducted into the Order of Barristers. He is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.

Outside the office, Dan enjoys the outdoors through golf and hiking the Columbus Metro Parks, and is an avid supporter of Columbus Crew soccer.
